Bonus Terms & Conditions

1. General Provisions

These General Bonus Terms govern all Promotions offered by Luckycircus. Where a Promotion has Promotional Specific Terms, those terms prevail to the extent of any inconsistency. By participating in any Promotion you agree to be bound by these General Bonus Terms and the terms and conditions that apply to Luckycircus as a whole.

2. Eligibility and Enrollment

1. Promotion usage is limited to one offer per person, household, address, device, IP address, email address, payment method, or other identifying factor as determined by Luckycircus. If multiple accounts or shared identifiers are detected, Luckycircus may confiscate the bonus and any winnings associated with those accounts.
2. Employees, officers, directors, and associated entities of Luckycircus are not eligible for Promotions.
3. To be eligible for offers you must have a verified phone number and consent to marketing communications enabled in your account.
4. If you self-exclude or are under a self-exclusion period, you will not be eligible to participate in offers or receive bonuses during that period.
5. Certain payment methods may be ineligible for deposit bonuses. Luckycircus reserves the right to forfeit any bonus and any related winnings if a prohibited payment method is used.
6. Bonuses must be claimed before playing the qualifying deposit. If a bonus is not triggered, you must contact Customer Support to assign the bonus. Bonus requests made after wagering has commenced will not be honoured.
7. You may forfeit an active casino bonus via the account dashboard or by contacting Support. Forfeiture of an active bonus with any active winnings will result in the forfeiture of those winnings.
8. You may monitor remaining wagering requirements in your account dashboard where applicable.
9. Maximum stake per casino bet while a bonus is active is to be respected until wagering requirements are met. The standard cap is a fixed amount per bet or equivalent in your currency.
10. The minimum accepted deposit is set out in the cashier section of your Luckycircus account and may vary by currency.
11. Luckycircus may update these terms at any time. You are responsible for remaining aware of the current terms.
12. Promotions may specify fixed expiry periods. Unless stated otherwise in Promotional Specific Terms, promotions are subject to the standard timeframes published by Luckycircus.

3. Bonus Funds and Free Spins

For the purposes of these terms, a bonus or bonus funds means any funds credited to the bonus balance of your Luckycircus account. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly and must be used to place wagers on the site. In certain promotions, bonus funds may convert to real money in your cash balance after fulfilling the applicable wagering requirements. Free spins constitute a bonus that grants the right to spin slots without staking from your own funds.

4. Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to all Promotions unless Promotional Specific Terms state otherwise. The following defaults apply unless overridden by the Promotional Specific Terms:

• Casino welcome and new player bonuses: 50 times the sum of the qualifying deposit and the bonus amount.
• Free spins winnings: 40 times the amount won from the free spins.
• Other casino deposit bonuses conserve the wagering requirement stated in the Promotion.
• Sportsbook bonuses: 16 times the bonus amount, where applicable.
• No deposit casino or sportsbook bonuses: wagering requirements are stated in the Promotion.
• Wagering continues to apply to all winnings derived during the active bonus period until the requirements are met or until the balance is zeroed by expiry.
• When a wagering requirement is met, the bonus balance may be converted to real money in your cash balance in accordance with the Promotion terms and Luckycircus policies.

5. Wagering Order

1. While a bonus and real money balance both exist, bets are funded from the real money balance first. Winnings derived from bets funded by the bonus are added to the real money balance, with the remaining winnings or balance adjusted in the bonus as applicable.
2. If the real money balance falls below the amount of the allowed bet, the wager may be funded from a combination of real and bonus funds. The portion funded by the bonus will count toward the wagering requirements only to the extent permitted by the Promotion terms.
3. If a bet placed with bonus funds exceeds the maximum bet or is placed on a game excluded from bonuses, the excess may be funded from real money where possible, and the portion exceeding the limits will not count toward wagering.
4. Only one bonus type may be active on your Luckycircus account at a time. Completing the wagering requirements for the active bonus ends its cycle; if a new bonus is activated, its wagering requirements must be fulfilled in full before any remaining bonus funds or winnings are converted to real money.
5. For sportsbook bonuses, only one bonus may be active at a time. After fulfilling the wagering for the current bonus, wagering on the next bonus may proceed after manual activation in the account profile.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

1. Submitting a new deposit while an active bonus is in place will forfeit the active bonus.
2. You may withdraw your original deposit at any time, subject to verification under applicable regulatory obligations.
3. Withdrawing deposit funds before completing the wagering requirements will forfeit the bonus balance and any related winnings.

7. Bonus Abuse

1. Delaying game rounds or taking actions to circumvent wagering requirements with the intention to obtain an advantage may void the bonus and related winnings.
2. Luckycircus may suspend, revoke, or reclaim a bonus and any pending winnings if abuse or prohibited practices are suspected. This may include blocking future offers or closing accounts.
3. Prohibited acts include multi-accounting, collusion, exploitation of software or loopholes, masking IP addresses or using a VPN, and other acts intended to defraud Luckycircus or circumvent terms.
4. Luckycircus employees, their families, and related personnel are not eligible to participate in Promotions.
5. You agree to indemnify Luckycircus against all claims arising from your prohibited acts.

8. Maximum Bet and Responsible Gaming

1. During an active bonus, the maximum permitted bet per wager is a predefined cap of the local currency equivalent of the euro amount specified by Luckycircus. The cap applies to all betting actions including double up and gamble features.
2. Any breach of this cap may void the Bonus and any associated winnings.

9. Gaming Contributions and Exclusions

Contributions to wagering requirements apply as follows unless Promotional Specific Terms state otherwise:

• Slots and Keno contribute 100 percent to wagering requirements.
• Table games and card games contribute 0 percent.
• Video Poker contributes 0 percent.
• Craps contributes 0 percent.
• Live Casino and Jackpot games are restricted for play while a bonus is active.

A current list of games that contribute 0 percent and games that are excluded from bonuses is published in the Promotional Specific Terms. The current lists may change and are binding.

10. Changes to Terms and Transferability

Luckycircus reserves the right to update, amend, or terminate these terms at any time. Offers and bonuses cannot be transferred to another account. The rights set forth herein are in addition to all other rights Luckycircus may have under the Terms and Conditions or applicable law.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with Promotions shall be resolved under Maltese law and in the Maltese courts, where applicable.
