These Sportsbook Rules govern all wagers placed through Luckycircus on sporting events and related markets. They define permissible bets, stake limits, how odds are expressed and settled, and Luckycircus rights to modify, suspend, or void bets in accordance with these rules. If a market-specific rule exists, it takes precedence over these general rules.
Participation is restricted to individuals who are of legal gambling age in their jurisdiction and who reside in a jurisdiction where online sports betting via Luckycircus is permitted. Accounts must be registered with accurate information and may require verification. Luckycircus may suspend or close accounts for non-compliance or suspicious activity.
All bets are offered in decimal odds. The amount payable on a winning bet equals the stake multiplied by the decimal odds applicable at the time of settlement. Stake and potential winnings are shown before you place a bet. The minimum stake per bet is €1; maximums vary by market and jurisdiction, and Luckycircus displays the applicable limit prior to acceptance.
Bets are accepted up to the published start time of the event. In live betting, bets are accepted while the event is in progress where permitted. Bets confirmed by Luckycircus become binding and cannot be canceled or altered by the customer; only Cash Out may be used to settle a bet early, at a value determined by Luckycircus in real time (subject to availability).
Settlements are based on official results from the governing body or the event's official source. If no official result is available, Luckycircus may rely on independent official data; in absence of reliable information, it may use its own in-house statistics. Where an error occurs, Luckycircus may void, re-settle, or adjust bets at its sole discretion, including when odds are obviously incorrect, when there is a data error, or when there is a discrepancy between market offers and actual outcomes.
If an event is cancelled, postponed beyond 12 hours from the original start time, or abandoned, all unsettled bets will be void unless otherwise stated. If an event changes venue or opponents, Luckycircus may void related bets. Where a match is interrupted and cannot be completed within 48 hours of the original kickoff, unsettled bets may be voided. If an event's start time changes, bets placed before the revised time remain valid unless otherwise specified.
Should a listed participant withdraw or be unable to participate, Luckycircus may void or adjust bets on that participant. In markets sensitive to such changes, Luckycircus reserves the right to revert to the next available price after market revision. Bets on non-participants generally remain valid unless explicitly voided by event rules.
Live markets reflect real-time progression of events and are subject to change as the event unfolds. Decisions by official bodies or governing authorities, including video review and disciplinary actions, may affect settlement. For matches scheduled with defined playing times (for example soccer 90 minutes), settlements typically reflect the standard regulation time unless otherwise specified. Extra time and shootouts are treated as indicated in each market.
In the event of a tie between two or more winners, winnings are shared proportionally among winning positions in accordance with the number of winners, except where a market explicitly offers a draw as an option. For a two-way dead heat, each winning contract receives a proportional share equal to the stake divided by the number of winners, multiplied by the original odds. Example: a £10 stake at odds of 4.0 in a two-way dead heat yields £20 total return split proportionally; the exact distribution depends on the number of winners.
Any claim or protest regarding a bet must be submitted within seven days of the event's official start time. Late claims will be rejected. For assistance, contact Luckycircus support through the official customer service channels available on your account dashboard.
